At Kiğılı, we are committed to your satisfaction with our premium menswear; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
